Shrimp And Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
4 oz. tiny shrimp
4 oz. drained crab meat
4 oz. shredded natural Swiss cheese
1/3 onion, finely chopped
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. half and half
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Sprinkle crab meat, shrimp, cheese and onion in pie shell. Beat eggs slightly and stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour egg mixture into pie crust.
Cook, uncovered, for 15 minutes at 425\u00b0. Reduce temperature to 300\u00b0 and cook for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool at least 10 minutes before serving.
Serves 6.
