Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

1 (8 or 9-inch) baked pie shell
3 egg yolks
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1/2 c. real lime juice from concentrate
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In a large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with Eagle Brand and real lime.
Pour into prepared pastry shell. Bake at least 30 minutes; cool.
Chill, then top with whipped cream (yellow food coloring may be added for color).
