Hot Pepper Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck hot peppers
    1 qt. mustard
    1 qt. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. salt
    3 lb. brown sugar
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Grind or put through blender the hot peppers (wear rubber gloves).
    Mix all ingredients except brown sugar and flour.
    Cook together 30 minutes.
    Add sugar and flour in a paste for the last 5 minutes.
    Cook to desired thickness.
    Put in jars and seal. Boil in jars 5 minutes.
