Farmhouse Barbecue Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tube refrigerated biscuits
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Separate biscuits.
    Flatten and press into bottom and up sides of a greased muffin tin.
    In skillet, brown beef and drain off grease.
    In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and chili powder.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add to browned meat and mix well.
    Divide meat mixture among biscuit-lined muffin cups, using about 1/4 cup in each.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cool 5 minutes before removing from tin and serve.
    Makes 10 servings.
