Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. (8 oz. can) tomato sauce
1/4 c. water
1 envelope (1.5 oz.) spaghetti sauce mix, reserve 1 Tbsp. for crust
1 pkg. (1 lb.) hot roll mix
1 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
12 oz. carton cream-style cottage cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Grease a 14-inch pizza pan or 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan. Brown ground beef; drain the fat.
Stir in tomato sauce, 1/4 cup water and spaghetti sauce seasoning mix (reserve 1 tablespoon of seasoning mix for the crust); simmer while preparing crust.
