Creamy Whipped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. medium-size potatoes
    salt
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. onion flakes
    3/4 stick margarine or butter
    paprika
    1 1/2 c. heavy or whipping cream
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; cut into quarters.
    In 5-quart saucepot over high heat, heat potatoes, 1 teaspoon salt and enough water to cover to boiling.
    Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Drain well.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine potatoes, cream cheese, garlic salt, pepper, onion flakes and margarine or butter and 1 teaspoon salt.
    Mash until smooth.
    Gradually add heavy cream.
    Heat in oven until hot.
