Chunky Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean boneless beef, cut in 1-inch cubes
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 c. water
    1 c. ketchup
    3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 large onion, diced
    3 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    1/8 tsp. celery salt
    1 (17 oz.) can English peas, drained
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook beef in hot oil in a large Dutch oven until brown.
    Add remaining ingredients, except peas.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover, reduce heat and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Stir in peas and cook an additional 10 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
