Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. melted butter (1 stick)
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    6 Tbsp. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and reserve the juice.
    Combine pineapple, cheese and butter.
    Mix sugar and flour; add pineapple juice.
    Add to pineapple and cheese mixture.
    Stir well.
    Bake in 2-quart casserole dish for 20 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Add cracker crumbs; return to oven until crumbs are hot.
