Spinach-Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 large (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese (save some for topping)
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook spinach according to package directions and drain well. Saute onion in butter until transparent.
Cut up artichoke hearts into quarters.
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
Pour into casserole dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serves 8.
