Tangy Fruit Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless pork chops
    1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. cranberry sauce or your favorite fruit jam
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Brown chops in large nonstick skillet with 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil.
    Turn chops.
    Stir in 1/2 cup of cranberry sauce, 1 tablespoon mustard and 1 tablespoon vinegar.
    Cover with lid. Simmer gently 5 minutes.
    Serve with cornbread.
    Serves 4.
