Tortellini In Broth - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 egg whites
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. finely chopped chicken
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
2 qt. chicken broth
Preparation

For dough, combine eggs, egg whites, oil and 2 teaspoons salt in a bowl.
Add flour gradually, mixing well.
Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead in enough flour to make dough stiff. Wrap dough in waxed paper; set aside 10 minutes.
