Stir-Fry Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. seasoned rice vinegar
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
    1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. small fresh broccoli flowerets
    1 medium onion, cut in strips
    1/2 medium red bell pepper, cut in strips
    1/2 medium yellow bell pepper, cut in strips
    1 (6 oz.) jar whole mushrooms, drained
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. beef flavored bouillon (instant)
    1 c. rice, cooked
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, blend soy sauce, seasoned rice, vinegar, 1 tablespoon oil, garlic powder and ginger. Add beef strips; toss well to coat. Cover and marinate for 30 to 60 minutes.
