New York Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 medium eggs (room temperature)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine, cooled
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix both cheeses together thoroughly.
    Add sugar gradually. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Add flour and cornstarch; mix well. Add vanilla and melted butter; mix in.
    Fold in sour cream.
    Pour into 10-inch spring-form with graham cracker crust.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Do not open oven during baking.
    Shut off oven and leave in for 2 more hours.
    You can top this with your favorite topping, thickened strawberries, etc.
    It's great plain.
