Easter Sweet Bread(No Yeast) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. orange juice
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 c. shortening (Crisco)
    4 eggs
    6 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix by hand the dry ingredients and shortening until it resembles cornmeal.
    Add orange juice and lemon extract.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beat well.
    Pam spray 3 coffee cans and pour batter into each can, filling them halfway.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cool and remove from cans.
