Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    4 eggs
    2 egg whites (keep yolks for filling)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. Crisco
Preparation
    Put boiling water, salt and Crisco in pan until Crisco melts. Take off of stove.
    Add flour.
    Put back on stove, stirring until mixture pulls away from pan.
    Take off stove.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time, and the two egg whites.
    Drop on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes; reduce to 350\u00b0, bake 20 minutes more.
