Lemon Cake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks well.
    Blend in lemon rind, lemon juice, sugar, flour and milk.
    Fold in egg whites, stiffly beaten.
    Pour into a pastry-lined pan.
    Bake 10 minutes in a hot 450\u00b0 oven; then reduce to a moderate 350\u00b0 oven and bake 20 to 25 minutes longer or until a knife inserted near the edge comes out clean.
