Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. shortening or margarine
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1/3 c. water
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1 lb. shrimp, cooked and cleaned or 2 (6 oz.) cans, drained
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook green pepper, onion and garlic in shortening in covered skillet over low heat until tender.
    Stir in soup, water, lemon juice, seasonings and shrimp.
    Cook about 10 minutes; stir often. Serve over rice.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
