Tex Mex Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked and cubed chicken (light and/or dark meat)
    16 oz. salsa (mild, medium or hot salsa)
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 medium onion, diced and sauteed
    2 doz. corn tortillas
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    You will need a 9 x 16-inch casserole pan.
