Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced zucchini (1/4-inch thick)
    2 1/2 Tbsp. onion
    1 can celery soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 pkg. herb stuffing mix
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Boil zucchini for 5 minutes and drain.
    Melt margarine and combine with stuffing.
    Layer 1/2 of the stuffing mixture in a 4-quart casserole dish.
    Mix onion, celery soup, sour cream and carrots.
    Put 1/2 of the zucchini on stuffing mix, then 1/2 of the onion mixture.
    Repeat these layers.
    Top with rest of the stuffing mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
