Chicken Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 (16 oz.) can peas and carrots, drained
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish in a 400\u00b0 oven. Combine flour, baking powder and milk in a bowl.
    Mix well. Spoon evenly into margarine in dish. Do not mix.
    Combine chicken, soup, chicken broth, peas and carrots, and salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix well. Spoon evenly into prepared dish. Do not stir. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
