Irish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. raisins
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. margarine (stick)
    1 c. milk with 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients. Cut in margarine. Add milk mixture and eggs; mix well.
    Put in 12 x 4-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Sprinkle top with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon margarine. Grease and flour pan.
