Lemon Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. softened butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. sifted plain flour
4 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. lemon zest (grated rind of lemons)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour over hot shell.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar while warm.
Let cool in pan before cutting into squares.
These will freeze very well.
