Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. minced fresh parsley
    1 c. crushed cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 stick butter
    1 small garlic clove, minced fine
    1 can chicken broth
    1 c. water
    1 c. raw rice
Preparation
    Combine cheese, parsley and crumbs.
    Set aside.
    Salt and pepper chicken.
    Melt butter in medium saucepan, adding garlic to flavor.
    Dip each breast in butter and roll in crumbs.
    In a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan, combine chicken broth, water and rice.
    Place chicken on top.
    Cover the pan with foil. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Take foil off for the last 10 minutes so the top can brown.
