Fish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. schrod or flounder
    flour
    salt, pepper and paprika
    1 c. sour cream, more if needed
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 can mushrooms (stems and pieces), drained
    bread crumbs
    butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cut fish into good size pieces.
    Dip each piece into mixture of flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
    Place fish into buttered baking dish.
    In small bowl mix sour cream, Parmesan cheese and mushrooms.
    Spread mixture over fish.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
