Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    16 oz. can tomatoes
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper
    a little oregano (optional)
    6 oz. spaghetti
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain.
    Add onion and celery; cook until tender. Stir in tomatoes and tomato paste.
    Season with sugar, salt and pepper.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Cook spaghetti; drain.
    Combine with butter, Parmesan and eggs; mix well.
    Line 2 greased pie plates with spaghetti mixture to form crust.
    Spoon cottage cheese over crust.
    Top with meat mixture and sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings per pie.
