Tuna Noodle Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. uncooked noodles (3 c.)
1/4 c. Crisco
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cheese soup
1/2 c. milk
1 can tuna
salt and pepper
bread crumbs or regular potato chips
Preparation

Cook noodles according to directions on package, drain.
Melt Crisco in large skillet, add onion and green pepper and cook until tender.
Stir in soup, milk, salt and pepper.
Bring to boil.
Add cooked noodles and tuna.
Place mixture in a 1 1/2 or 2 quart casserole.
Sprinkle bread crumbs or crumbled regular potato chips on top.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 25 to 30 minutes.
