Green Chili Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 c. (16) roasted green chilies
1/2 large onion
1 fresh clove garlic
1/4 c. water
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
2 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Chop or pulse on food processor chilies and onion.
Add tomatoes (can add more tomatoes if chilies are too hot) that have been pulsed a little.
Add garlic and spices.
