Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries with sugar, thawed
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix oil and sugar.
Add eggs, then add dry ingredients.
Add strawberries and pecans last.
Grease and flour pans.
Bake approximately 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
Makes 2 loaves.
