Welch Rabbit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
Preparation

Melt butter and cheese in double boiler.
Beat in eggs, mustard, salt, pepper and milk.
Cook until smooth.
Serve over crackers.
