Turkish Tacos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
chopped onions to suit taste
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
8 oz. jar taco sauce
6 oz. can tomato paste
pocket bread
shredded lettuce, grated Cheddar cheese and chopped fresh tomatoes (for topping)
Preparation

Saute chopped onions in hot cooking oil until clear and brown. Add ground meat and cook until brown.
Mix in the taco seasoning mix, taco sauce and tomato paste.
Add salt, pepper or other spices (e.g. cumin) to taste and simmer until it makes a tasty sauce.
Serve by putting the meat in the separated pocket bread and add layers of lettuce, cheese and tomato cubes.
Make it hotter by adding Mexican style salsa sauce as you prefer.
