Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar or equivalent brown sugar substitute
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 lb. broccoli, cooked tender
Preparation
    Heat yogurt with brown sugar (or substitute), vinegar, salt and mustard and hot broccoli.
    Serve immediately.
    Yields 6 servings.
