Bonbon Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. butter
    2 c. flour
    powdered sugar as necessary
    pecan halves
Preparation
    Have cream cheese and butter at room temperature and cream together.
    Add flour and mix as for pie crust.
    Chill 1 hour. Roll out with powdered sugar (work with 1/3 of dough at a time). Cut into strips.
    Wrap strips around pecan halves.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 15 to 17 minutes.
    Yields 9 dozen.
