Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 potatoes, peeled and quartered lengthwise
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except potatoes and margarine in a large Ziploc bag.
    Melt margarine in a baking dish.
    Rinse potatoes and place in flour mixture inside bag.
    Coat well and place potatoes in baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes on each side.
