Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 pork chops (1 to 1 1/2-inches thick)
cracker meal
1 egg, beaten
1 can mushroom soup
1 can onion soup
1 c. grated sharp cheese (optional)
Preparation

Dip chops in egg and roll in meal.
Brown and place separately in casserole dish.
Pour onion and mushroom soup over chops. Sprinkle with sharp cheese.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
May be prepared at the last moment and refrigerated until ready to bake.
