Chicken Suzanne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 half chicken breasts
    salt and pepper
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. sherry
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Season chicken with salt and pepper; brown in melted margarine.
    Remove to greased shallow casserole.
    Add sour cream, sherry and mushroom soup to melted margarine.
    Mix well and pour over chicken.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
    If using boneless, skinless chicken breasts, it will finish cooking sooner, so check after 45 minutes.
    If your pan is nonstick, you will need only a few tablespoons of margarine, not the whole stick.
