German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes, cooked in jackets, peeled and sliced
    1/4 c. finely diced bacon
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2/3 c. cider vinegar or 1/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. celery seed (optional)
    3 Tbsp. parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Fry bacon
    until crisp.
    Remove bacon and saute onion for 1 minute. Blend in rest of ingredients.
    Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
