Doc'S Favorite Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked squash
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. butter
    10 crackers, crushed
    1 c. cubed cheese (1/2 Velveeta and 1/2 Longhorn)
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together squash, soup, butter, crackers, salt, pepper and cubed cheese.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake in microwave for 4 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Top with remaining cheese, place back in the microwave for 2 minutes.
