Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. diced apples
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 (8-inch) unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Beat together the sour cream, flour, salt, vanilla, egg and diced apples.
Put into 8-inch unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Mix flour, brown sugar and butter; sprinkle on top.
Bake 20 minutes longer.
