Quickie Blueberry Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. blueberries
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Bring to a rolling boil the blueberries, water, lemon juice and 1/4 cup sugar.
    Mix flour, oil, cinnamon, 1/4 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons water until well mixed.
    Drop by spoonful into boiling blueberries.
    Cover and cook over medium heat about 10 minutes or until dumplings are done.
    Serves 4 to 6. May serve with whipped topping or vanilla ice cream.
    Serve warm.
