Dana'S Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat egg white until stiff.
Add brown sugar, nuts and vanilla.
Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Cut oven off and let sit for 25 minutes.
Cool before removing from pan.
