Mustard-Fried Catfish - cooking recipe

    6 (10 to 12 oz.) catfish, dressed
    vegetable oil or peanut oil
    1/2 c. prepared mustard
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    lemon wedges
    green onions
