Pork Chops And Broccoli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless loin pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
salt and pepper
1 lb. broccoli, cut into flowerets
3/4 tsp. salt
dash of sugar
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/3 c. water
1/4 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Trim excess fat from the pork chops.
Rub with crushed garlic and set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a heavy skillet.
Add chops to the hot oil.
Brown each side.
Lower heat and cover. Cook chops slowly until done (about 25 minutes).
Turn once. Season and remove the chops.
Pour any pan juices over the chops.
