Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Olive oil
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    Grated rind of 2 fresh lemons OR 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. capers
    Parsley
Preparation
    Remove core and break cauliflower into flowerettes.
    Brown in olive oil for 2 minutes, stirring.
    Add water, cover and cook for 8 minutes over medium heat.
