Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini, chopped
    1 can carrots or fresh cooked ones
    2 onions
    2 stalks celery
    1 green pepper
    1 can mushrooms
    1 stick oleo
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
    1 c. milk
    1 box Stove Top dressing (chicken or pork)
Preparation
    Cook vegetables all together in oleo until tender.
    Prepare Stove Top dressing according to package directions.
    Add dressing, mushroom soup and milk to vegetables.
    Grease baking dish.
    Layer 1/2 dressing, 1/2 cheese, other 1/2 dressing and ending with cheese on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    This makes a very large casserole.
