Cheese Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium broccoli or 16 oz. frozen broccoli cuts
    2 c. water
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. skim milk
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Combine water, bouillon and onion in large saucepan; bring to a boil.
    Add broccoli and cook until tender (if frozen, cook about 5 minutes).
    Put cooked broccoli and onion in food processor and process until finely chopped, but not smooth.
