Ingredients

6 eggs
2 1/4 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. vanilla
1 can evaporated milk
1 qt. half and half
pinch of salt
milk
Preparation

Beat all ingredients together except milk.
Pour into ice cream freezer.
Add as much milk as needed to the \"fill line\" in the ice cream freezer.
Alternate layers of rock salt and crushed ice around the ice cream bucket.
Follow the ice cream freezer manufacturer's directions for freezing.
