Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 large egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Sift flour; measure and resift with remaining dry ingredients. Add gradually to beaten egg, mixing until thoroughly blended. Roll paper thin on floured board, keeping a rectangular shape. Let stand 20 minutes.
    Roll in jelly roll style; out 1/8 to 1/2 inch.
    Separate and lay flat to dry 2 hours.
    Cook until tender in boiling water or soup.
    Makes 2 pounds.
