Spinach Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen spinach
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 small onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook spinach, then turn into blender with 1/2 to 3/4 cup cooking liquid.
    Add broth, onion, butter and flour.
    Press #4 and blend 40 seconds.
    Press #2; remove cap and pour in milk.
    Blend 10 seconds.
    Pour mixture into saucepan; simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Stir in cream and seasonings.
    Serve at once.
    Serves 6.
