No Cook Noodle Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 envelope dry spaghetti mix
    24 oz. V-8 juice
    8 oz. lasagne noodles, uncooked
    1/2 lb. ground chuck, browned and drained
    12 oz. cottage cheese
    8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In saucepan, mix tomatoes, tomato sauce, sauce mix and V-8 juice.
    Simmer for several minutes.
    In a large pan, place 3 to 4 noodles.
    Layer 1/3 meat, 1/3 cottage cheese, 1/3 sauce and 1/3 Mozzarella.
    Repeat layers twice.
    Sprinkle top layer with Parmesan cheese.
    Seal with heavy foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
