Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. instant potatoes, mixed according to pkg.
    mayonnaise to taste
    mustard to taste
    2 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
    4 Tbsp. chopped pickles (dill or sweet)
    salt and pepper (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; add milk if too thick.
    Garnish with eggs and paprika, if desired.
    Pimentos or red peppers may be cut into strips and placed on top to resemble a poinsetta.
